| Brief Detail: | Will provide geriatric assessments and serve as a primary care provider or consultant prepared to deliver comprehensive geriatric patient care in the ambulatory outpatient practice, hospital and nursing home settings.
Non-physician providers are valued members of the clinical practice with faculty physician supervision, RN patient triage and assessment and active participation in a clinical teaching environment. Will assess, diagnose and develop a plan of care in accordance with practice protocols. |
