Walgreen Provides Free Care to Unemployed & Uninsured Throughout the Rest of 2009
The popular drugstore Walgreens has announced that they will be offering free walk-in clinic services to the unemployed and insured for the rest of 2009. The program, which is available to patients who have lost their job and health insurance after March 31, offers tests and routine treatments for minor health concerns and illnesses. However, it does not include checkups or vaccinations.
