New Enhanced Patient SafetyNet System to Help Hospitals Reduce Preventable Deaths
Masimo, the inventor of Pulse CO-Oximetry™ and Measure-Through Motion and Low-Perfusion pulse oximetry, is offering a new enhanced version of their Masimo Patient SafetyNet system. This new system will help prevent patient deaths and injuries associated with failure to rescue by allowing hospitals to noninvasively and remotely monitor more patients, in more care areas, more efficiently, and in more clinical detail. The new product features a touch-screen interface and the ability to monitor up to 80 patients simultaneously. Patient deaths and injuries associated with failure to rescue is one of the most common medical errors.
