Hospital Staff of Famous Octuplet Mom Breaches HIPAA Regulation
Kaiser Permanente's Bellflower hospital, where Nadaya Suleman's eight babies were born, has been fined $250,000 after twenty-three medical workers illegally viewed her medical records. Fifteen of the employees were fired and eight others were disciplined as a result of their actions. There is no evidence of leaking any of the medical files into the media.
