Nurse Preparation Program March 3-6
Broome Tioga Workforce New York, in cooperation with local businesses and educational institutions, is offering a certified nurse assistant preparation program March 3-6. The training includes three days of classes at Broome Community College and reviews basic work skills, vital health care issues, working in teams, patient sensitivity and death and dying. Following the coursework at BCC, students will gain practical exposure to the duties of a certified nurse assistant at the Ideal Senior Living Facility in Endicott.
