Donation Offered to Sullivan County Community College

Elaine Orr had always dreamed about being a nurse. Unfortunately, she never had the chance to fulfill that dream. She ended up passing away before she had the chance. Her husband has donated $50,000 to Sullivan County Community College, and they named the nursing lab in her memory. The donation will be used toward purchasing two simulation mannequins, providing real-life responses to actions for nursing students, and to upgrade the lobby outside the nursing lab.
