State grant money provides some relief to nursing woes
Thanks to a state grant that boosted that boosted allied health opportunities at South Carolina's 16 two-year colleges, York Technical College's recent graduates have a better chance to work on the more advanced associate degree in nursing. York Tech received $620,000 to expand its practical nursing and associate degree programs.
