Vitamin Injections in Japan
Vitamin injections are a growing fad in Japan. Tokyo has been seeing quite an increase in people coming into what are termed "IV Cafes" to receive vitamin injections. These vitamin injections contain saline solution and specific vitamins and minerals that are desinged to target a particular health ailment or beauty concern. There are almost a dozen varieties of injections, intended to provide customers with better skin, burn fat and boost an individual's energy level. Some of the varieties focus on anti-aging, while other varieties are intended to rejuvenate and ease muscle stiffness. The cost of the injections ranges from 20 to 30 dollars per injection.
