STROKE ALERT…Free Stroke Risk Screening and Assessment
Eastern Long Island Hospital will provide a FREE stroke risk screening and assessment on Wednesday, May 21st with Board Certified Neurologist, Caroline Gatewood and Board Certified Internist, Cynthia Ickes at the Gladys Brooks Medical Village, 300 Atlantic Avenue, Greenport. Screenings will be conducted by appointment between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.
